IMMI Contemporary’s advisory services provide tailored support to artists at various stages of practice, drawing on founder Ingrid Wilson’s experience across curatorial practice, communications, and funding strategy.

The service offers guidance across professional materials, project development, funding applications and exhibition pathways, supporting artists to strengthen their presence and access opportunities.

  • Standard Consultation
    60 minutes - $140
    90 minutes - $190

    Tailored strategic advice aligned to your current direction and professional goals. Each session is informed by your intake form, allowing Ingrid to come prepared with a clear structure and considered recommendations. A written summary of key insights and next steps is provided within three days.

  • Rates vary depending on scope, with all fees confirmed prior to engagement.

    Single Document Edit - $100-150
    Focused feedback and refinement across artist bios, statements, CVs, portfolios, or websites, with practical direction to strengthen clarity and positioning.

    Professional Pack - $350-500
    A designed portfolio including a refined bio, artist statement, CV, and selected works or projects. Suitable for gallery submissions, funding applications, or as a downloadable resource.

  • Design and digital production to support artist visibility and project delivery, including social and print assets, website edits, and email marketing.

    Hourly Rate - $120

    Website Builds - $250/hr or quoted per project

  • Designed for artists and organisations at all stages, from those new to funding to established practitioners navigating complex applications.

    The funding landscape can be difficult to access and time-intensive; this service provides clarity, structure, and strategic direction throughout the process.

    Rates vary depending on scope, with all fees confirmed prior to engagement.

    Grant Strategy Session (60 minutes) - $160-210
    Project scoping, funding alignment, budget direction, and application positioning. Whether identifying suitable funding opportunities or developing a specific application, Ingrid comes to each session prepared, with a written summary of recommendations and next steps provided within three days.

    Application Review & Edit - $300-450
    For those who have completed a draft and require refinement, this service provides detailed feedback, structural development, and alignment with funding criteria.

    Full Application Support - quoted per project
    End-to-end support across the application process, from concept development and supporting documentation to co-writing, structural development, and budget preparation.
