By booking a service or engaging with IMMI Contemporary, you agree to the following:

Services

IMMI Contemporary provides advisory, strategic, and creative support to artists and organisations.

All services are offered in good faith, drawing on professional experience across curatorial practice, communications, and funding strategy. Outcomes such as funding success, exhibition opportunities, or career advancement cannot be guaranteed.

Bookings & Payment

All services must be paid in full prior to delivery, unless otherwise agreed.

For project-based work, a deposit may be required to confirm engagement, with remaining fees invoiced as agreed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may not be eligible for refund.

Intellectual Property

All written materials, strategies, and documents developed by IMMI Contemporary remain the intellectual property of IMMI Contemporary until full payment has been received.

Clients may use delivered materials for their own professional purposes.

Liability

IMMI Contemporary is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of advice, materials, or recommendations provided through its services.

Changes to Services

Services, pricing, and availability may be updated from time to time.
